Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with American Barndominiums LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company that provides architectural floor plans for barndominiums. By using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Deposit and Refund Policy

To secure a consultation appointment with us, we require a $95 deposit, which is refundable under certain conditions. If you decide not to work with us after the consultation, you may request a refund for your deposit.

However, the deposit refund is only applicable if you reschedule your consultation appointment no more than two (2) times. If you fail to show up for your consultation appointment after rescheduling twice, your deposit will become non-refundable, and you will forfeit any claim to a refund. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State in which the Company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the state where the Company is registered.
